Email is the fastest route and the one we actually watch. Everything about a render job, support included, goes through it.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days. You can declare a withdrawal at any time, without logging in, using our withdrawal form. The full withdrawal instruction is included in the order confirmation we email after every purchase.

Reporting illegal content

If you believe something stored or published through RenderDay is illegal, tell us at support@renderday.com. Say what the content is, where you found it and why you think it is unlawful, and leave us a way to reach you. We will look at it and tell you what we decided and why, as Art. 16 of the Digital Services Act requires.

Files uploaded for rendering are private to the customer who uploaded them and are never published by us, so in practice this concerns our own pages.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§36 VSBG). If something has gone wrong, write to us. We would much rather sort it out directly, and we answer.
