Vertrag widerrufen: withdraw from your contract
You do not need an account or a session to use this page. Enter your name, the email you ordered with, and which order you are withdrawing from, then confirm on the next screen. We record the exact time we receive your declaration and email you a copy immediately, so keep it as your evidence.

Instructions on withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sascha Schwabbauer, c/o POSTFLEX PFX-318-277, Emsdettener Straße 10, 48268 Greven, Germany, support@renderday.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You may use the withdrawal button at renderday.com/withdrawal, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that we begin performance during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. Your right of withdrawal lapses where we have fully performed the service and you had expressly requested performance to begin before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal on full performance.
